Go To: Facebook.com Artificial sweeteners such as nutrisweet, sweet n low, splenda and others that contain aspartame can only make your skin and acne worse. These cause the body to become more toxic and acidic which causes your skin to break out even more. I actually recommend that you have regular sugar over sugar free artificially sweetened foods and drinks. The best way to sweeten your food and drinks is an herb plant from south america called stevia. It actually sweetens, does not effect insulin and glucose levels in the body like sugar and is actually good for your teeth too! this is a miracle herb and the best sweetener you can get for your health and clear skin and I highly recommend it. Here is some organic stevia packets: www.amazon.com Please like, comment, favorite and share this video! Thanks :) David “The Skin” King

This product clogged my pores & gave me cysts and black heads. It might work for some, but not for me. I have sensitive and acne prone skin. You want my suggestion. Go see a good dermatologist and allergist.
